How rest works

A pitcher’s required days off depend on how many pitches they threw in their last outing:

1–20 pitches · can pitch the next day
21–35 pitches · 1 day of rest
36–50 pitches · 2 days of rest
51–65 pitches · 3 days of rest
66+ pitches · 4 days of rest

Daily maximum by age group: 9U–10U 75 · 11U–12U 85 · 13U–14U 95. (7U–8U is coach-pitch — no pitch-count limits.)
